Davao to Talicud : Boat Schedule & Fare Rates

Talicud Island in the Island Garden City of Samal is home to some of the most gorgeous beaches in Davao Region. A visit to Davao is not complete without exploring and experiencing the pristine white sand beaches of Samal. (Read: 13 Gorgeous Beaches in Samal)


Talicud Island is about an hour away from Davao City. There are a number of boat trips from Davao City's Sta. Ana Wharf near Magsaysay Park to the island on a daily basis. During weekends, it gets crowded so you must be at the port as early as possible to make sure you get a seat in the boat. The schedule below is usually being followed on weekdays. 9:30 AM - M/BCA Isla Reta (9AM on weekends)
Fare: P80
This is a boat owned by Isla Reta Beach resort and it will directly go to the resort. You should take this if you are planning to go to Isla Reta. If you miss this boat, there pubic boats below that you can also take.
10:00 AM - M/BCA Pacific
Fare: P60 
This boat goes to Sta. Cruz, you can take this boat if you are going to Dayang Beach Resort or Babu Santa. You will have to take a habal-habal from the port to Dayang.

12:00 NN - M/C Palbros 2
Fare P60
This boat goes to Kaputian. Take this if you are planning to Kaputian beach.

12:30 PM - M/C Jessa 3
Fare: P60 for Sta. Cruz and P80 for Isla Reta
This boat goes to both Sta. Cruz and Isla Reta. 

1:30 PM - M/L Z-Enryh 2
Fare: P60
This boat goes to Mansod. If there are over 20 passengers going to Dayang, this boat can take you directly to the resort.

1:45 PM - M/B Talicud Express
Fare: P60 for Sta. Cruz and Kaputian and P80 for Isla Reta
This boat goes to Sta. Cruz, Kaputian, and Isla Reta.

3:00 PM - M/C Grace 1
Fare: P60 for Sta. Cruz and Kaputian and P80 for Isla Reta
This boat goes to Sta. Cruz, Kaputian, and Isla Reta.

4:00 PM - M/c Hof Gorei 5
Fare: P60 for Sta. Cruz and Kaputian and P80 for Isla Reta
This boat goes to Sta. Cruz, Kaputian, and Isla Reta.

Weekend:
At 9AM, there is a bo
at that will take you to Dayang Beach Resort. the capacity is 30 people and the minimum passengers before teh boat leaves is 20. (Read: Cheap Places to Stay in Davao City)

If you want to charter a boat, there are a number of boats that you can rent at Sta. Ana Wharf. Rates depends on the capacity and the destination.
