I recently visited the Northern Blossom Flower Farm in Atok, Benguet and I want to share with you some photos as well as some information on how to get there and what other tourist spots in Atok you can explore.

The Northern Blossom Flower Farm is very accessible as it is located close to the main highway. It’s only about 2-3 minutes walk from the main road so it is to reach even if you commute from Baguio. Check out this travel guide blog if you are planning to visit Atok, Benguet.

How to Get to Northern Blossom Flower Farm
The jump-off point to visit the Northern Blossom Flower Farm is Baguio City. From Manila, Clark, Vigan, Laoag, La Union, and Pangasinan, you can take a bus to Baguio City. You can book here or check the availability of bus trips below.

From Baguio City, you can go to Dangwa Bus Station and take a GL Trans bus or van to Atok, Benguet. The GL Trans buses go to Sagada, Bontoc, and Besao. The bus fare is only Php80 while the van fare is Php150. The travel time is around 2 hours.

Alternatively, you can also take A Trans Bus and D’ Rising Sun Transport Bus from Baguio City to Atok.
Just inform the driver to drop you at the Northern Blossom Flower Farm.

From Atok to Baguio City
If you plan to only do a day trip, you can do so. There are plenty of buses passing through Atok going to Baguio. You can also take a van at Marosan’s Eatery near the municipal hall. The last trip is around 8:00 PM.
Arriving in Atok, Benguet
Once you are in Atok, you will be dropped by the bus driver in front of Atok Municipal Hall. Cross the street and enter a small alley beside the lechon manok place to the registration area. Pay the environmental fee of Php20.

After registration, you may now proceed to the Northern Blossom Flower Farm which is around 5-7 minutes walk from the registration area.

Entrance Fee
The entrance fee to the Northern Blossom Flower Farm is Php250. There are a lot of visitors during weekends so expect a long queue. After paying the entrance fee, you will have to wait for a while to have a short orientation. Then, you are ready to explore the 3-hectare Northern Blossom Flower Farm.

The entrance fee also entitles you to an unlimited coffee and a piece of bread at the end of the tour.

If you are alone, don’t worry you can still have photos at the flower farm. The guides can assist you in taking your photos for free.

Tourist Spots in Atok, Benguet
Aside from Northern Blossom Flower Farm, you can also visit other tourist spots in Atok, Benguet. The tourism office offers affordable tour package you can avail of. The tour package is only Php1,200 and it includes a visit to the Halsema Highway Highest Point, Sakura Park, and Lourdes Grotto. The package includes a car and a community guide and it’s good for five people.




On top of the Php1,200 tour package rate, you will also pay Php20 when you visit Lourdes Grotto/Wagangan Treasures and Php80 when you visit the Sakura Park/Haights Place.

There are no hotels in Atok but there are transient houses and homestays you can stay.

Where to Eat in Atok, Benguet?
There are eateries in the town proper where you can get a decent and affordable meal. My guide dropped me at Leona’s Eatery which is very close to the Municipal Hall. You can also try Marosan’s Restaurant along the highway.
