How To Get From Bohol to Siquijor + Schedule & Fare

Ferry from Bohol to Siquijor

The ferry ride from Bohol to Siquijor takes around 2-3 hours and is the only direct option available. The fare for the ferry ride can start from 475 PHP or around $8.50, but it may vary depending on the ferry operator and the class of seat you choose.

For travelers looking to journey from Bohol to Siquijor, there are three ferry companies to choose from. OceanJet and Apekoptravel offer a daily trip to Siquijor Port, with fares starting at Php750 (US$13) per person. The travel time is approximately 2 hours. Passengers taking Oceanjet will arrive at the main port in Siquijor while Apekoptravel will arrive in Larena Pier.

Alternatively, Lite Shipping ferries run every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 8:00 pm. With tickets starting at Php585 (US$10) per person, this is a more economical option, but it’s worth noting that passengers will arrive at Larena Pier in Siquijor at 23:00 at night after the 3-hour ferry ride.

Bohol to Siquijor Ferry Schedule

The ferry that operates the Bohol to Siquijor route departs from Tagbilaran Port, which is located in the city center and is approximately 12 km away from Panglao Island. To get to the port, you have the option to arrange a transfer with your accommodation in Panglao or take a bus from Panglao Public Market if you prefer to save money.

The earliest trip you can take is at 10:00 am. The latest is at 8:00 pm on MWSat and only at 3:20 pm on other days.

Siquijor to Bohol Ferry Schedule

There are two ports in Siquijor. Oceanjet departs from the main port in Siquijor which is closer to the tourist areas. Apekoptravel and Lite Ferries, on the other hand, depart from Larena Pier, situated on the northern side of the island.
