Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers Board Exam Requirements

Requirements (Local)

An applicant for Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers Licensure Examination shall submit the following documentary requirements in support to his/her application and pay the prescribed fees:

a) Original and photocopy of the Certificate of Live Birth issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA);

b) Original and photocopy of the PSA-issued Marriage Certificate/Contract (for married female);

c) Original or certified true copy of the Diploma and Transcript of Records in BS Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, BS Agricultural Engineering or its equivalent degree conferred by a Higher Education Institution (HEI) in the Philippines or an institution of learning in a foreign country duly recognized by CHED. The TOR must have a scanned picture and with remarks: “For Board Examination Purpose only”;

d) Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by any of the following: barangay, church or school of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering;

e) National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance (valid at least six months on the date of filing of application); and

f) Such other documents as may be reasonably required by the Board.

Requirements (Foreigner)

For foreign nationals applying for the Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers Licensure Examination, he/she must submit the following documents and pay the prescribed fees:

(a) Notarized Application Form;

(b) Copy of the national law or international treaty, agreement or covenant to prove reciprocity for the practice of the Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering profession between the Philippines and his/her country as provided under Section 31 hereof;

(c) Birth Certificate;

(d) Marriage Certificate/Contract (for married female applicants);

(e) Copy of the passport data page or any equivalent document to establish citizenship;

(f) College Diploma and Transcript of Records or equivalent document of the course for licensure examination issued by an institution of higher learning where he/she studied, duly authorized or accredited by his/her country or State]
