The Allen Port in Northern Samar is probably one of the busiest ports in the Philippines. Sometimes it gets so busy that you will have to queue for a relatively long time. If you happen to experience this, you may want to travel via San Isidro Port. It’s a bit farther to Matnog but a FastCat is serving this route so travel time is reduced.
