There are available daily flights between Davao and Zamboanga. But, if you prefer taking a boat, there is also a limited trip between these two cities. 2Go Travel reactivated this route after it went on hiatus for so many years. Boat schedule from Davao to Zamboanga and Zamboanga to Davao via 2Go Travel
This route is currently NOT operational.
Davao to Zamboanga: Twice monthly, every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month. The boat departs at Sasa Wharf at 7:00 PM and arrives at Makar Wharf at 6:00 PM the following day.
Zamboanga to Davao: Twice monthly, every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month. The boat departs at Makar wharf at 3:00 PM and arrives in Sasa Wharf the day after at 2:00 PM
