Please note that Siquijor has two main ports.
- OceanJet ferries arrive at Siquijor Pier, located in the town of Siquijor.
- Apekoptravel and Lite Ferries dock at Larena Pier, which is in a different municipality on the island.

The Tagbilaran–Siquijor route is currently served by two operators: OceanJet, which runs fastcraft services for foot passengers only, and Lite Ferries, a RORO operator that carries both foot passengers and vehicles. Apekop Travel operations remain suspended.
